Join San Francisco explorer, Jill Katz for another exhilarating hike through the city.
This time you’ll explore cool maritime stuff, hike up to Coit Tower, meet a tiger, check out AT&T park to sneak a peek at the game from the back, and reward yourself with a beer at the end of it all.
A word from Jill:
We will meet in front of the Marina Branch Library (1890 Chestnut Street — bus stops 43, 22). We will then head toward the Marina Green. Explore Fort Mason Green. Walk along the waterfront. Check out Hyde Street Pier. Super cool Maritime stuff. You know I need a hill now so we will go up the Greenwich steps to Coit Tower. YOU WILL MEET A TIGER.
Then back to the Embarcadero. We will proceed to AT&T park where I heard you can see a bit of the game from the back of the park for free. We will then end at the 21st Amendment for a much needed beer! Yippee for us!
RSVP, bring water and hydrate. This is an A-B hike. We will not return to the beginning of the hike. Plan appropriately.
