“J-Pop” Huge Japanese Pop Culture Festival 2017
Fort Mason hosts one of the country’s biggest J-Pop culture events of the year with the 2017 J-Pop Summit Festival, a two-day event taking place for more than 30,000 people.

J-POP passes are required for entry | Tickets – start at $35By introducing the latest in Japanese music, fashion, film, art, games, tech-innovations, anime, food, as well as niche subcultures, the festival has become a landing platform for new trends from Japan.
Highlights include a Ramen summit, Sake summit, games, the Japan Film Festival of SF, meet & greets, a Cosplay Masquerade, a J-Pop sing-along, and performances.
Japan’s pop princess Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is coming back to J-Pop Summit 2016.
In commemoration of her 5-year anniversary since her debut, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu is making her third world tour themed around her brand new song “5ive Yeare Monster.” It will be her third visit to San Francisco and she is taking part in J-Pop Summit 2016 and its opening night concert on July 22 (Fri). Come visit at The Regency Ballroom to celebrate her anniversary and the opening of J-Pop Summit 2016.
