Latin Flavors Festival: Salsa Dancing, Music & Food | San Rafael

Come celebrate Latin culture on Fourth Street in San Rafael with a full evening of fun including salsa dancing and lessons, live music, and Latin street food for sale from 5:30-9 pm on Friday, August 9, 2013.

This event is held in conjunction with Second Fridays Art Walk in downtown San Rafael and aims to highlight Latin culture, businesses, and restaurants on Fourth Street.

On the Plaza:

• 6 pm: Zumba Demo class – Whole Living Alliance
• 7-9 pm: Live Latin Jazz by “Alta All Stars” and free Salsa dance lessons by Dance Arts Studio
• Lighthouse Bar & Grill – Special cocktails and Dinner special
• Free Food Samples: Courtesy United Market
• Bahia Taqueria – fresh tacos for sale
• Arizmendi’s – Latin Pizza for sale

Down Fourth Street:

• Double Rainbow – Latin flavors like Horchata shakes and Mexican Hot Chocolate
• 8 pm: Fenix Live – Bautista (live) ($10 cover)
• West End Cafe – Salvadorian Pupusas & Tacos
