Gather some friends and enjoy some fresh air in the beautiful outdoors at the “Be Life” Festival of water fun (kayaking and paddle boarding), food, sustainable shopping, and health & wellness on Sunday, August 16, 2015.
Free, but an RSVP is required.
There will be a handful of local businesses in their market, a fantastic selection of raffle prizes (including SF Giants tickets), a couple SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard) and land yoga classes, and an alignment wellness education booth. There is also a hiking trail nearby.
Interested in trying some Stand-Up Paddleboard yoga? Here is the session schedule:
- 10:30 am – SUP yoga (Water, Air) – $12 for board rental
- 11:15 am – Element Yoga session (Earth, Fire, Ether) – free
- 12:45 pm – SUP yoga (Water, Air) – $12 for board rental
- 1:30 pm – Element Yoga session (Earth, Fire, Ether) – free
