Marin Art and Garden Center: Behind the Scenes at the Basketry Garden

Marin Art and Garden Center’s basket-weaver-in-residence, Charlie Kennard will show a variety of intricate pieces created from plants he grows at the Center or gathers around the Bay Area. Following the talk, a tour of the basketry garden to learn how plants are cultivated to produce suitable weaving material.
