Event Details

Local farmers, fisheries, farmers’ markets and groceries will be on hand at Berkeley’s David Brower Center to share their stories, offer samples of their harvest, and recruit new Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) veggie box members.

Free, but an RSVP is required.

Participants of all ages can become a part of the “Lexicon of Sustainability” exhibit and learn more about sustainable food terms by painting their own information artworks.

Event Schedule

  • Noon to 2 pm Paint your own Lexicon poster to take home or add to the gallery exhibition
  • 1-1:30 pm A free kids concert with Pacha’s Pajamas

Shorts from the Know your Food film series will be played all afternoon. Hot beverages will be available from Numi Organic Tea.
