Mining the Collection: An Archaeology of the Senses – a panel discussion – will be held at the Doug Adams Gallery at the Badè Museum on Thursday May 13, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Moderator Carin Jacobs, director of the Center for Arts, Religion and Education, brings together Pamela Blotner, current artist in residence, Catherine P. Foster, the associate curator of the Badè Museum, and Kristen Olsen from Stanford’s Cantor Arts Center to discuss the links between the visual arts and sensory experience.
