Berkeley Public Library invites you to a listening party hosted by KALX’s very own Rubberband Girl (a.k.a. Erin Prunchak), bringing “Music for a Bachelorette’s Pad,” setting the mood with a mix of Lounge, Psychedelic, and Space-Age Pop music.
Rubberband Girl has developed a local following during her Friday morning set on KALX, making connections between eras and styles and surprising listeners with the best songs they’ve never heard. Meet the radio personality behind the weekly music program and learn more about the Berkeley Public Library’s music collection.
Join up in the 3rd floor Community Meeting Room, starting at 2 pm.
