The MAPP (Mission Arts & Performance Project) is a homegrown bimonthly intercultural multidisciplinary unruly neighborhood cultural happening. It’s not an “art walk” (thank god). Instead, it’s a collage of 10-15 odd spaces transformed into mini-cultural centers, focused on the intimate experiences of culture and people. The point is to arrive, and embrace the adventure. Plus, you’ll get a program (with an actual map) to navigate the event.
Please be advised, no one is in charge. While there are a few organizers that may help to direct new inquiries, there is, in actuality, no central committee or curatorial staff. The MAPP is a non-centralised open platform, intended to facilitate diverse artistic-cultural participation at a neighborhood level.
