“Musical Mondays” Sing-Along At The Edge | Castro

Start your week singing with Musical Mondays or get over the hump with Musical Wednesdays at The Edge in the Castro, where they play all of your favorite musicals to sing and drink along with a different theme each week from 7 pm to 2 am every Monday and Wednesday.

Dress up for the theme and bring your friends. You never know if some singing celebrities might show up. In the past, they’ve been graced with the casts from Book of Mormon, American Idiot, Les Miserables, Lion King, Grinch, and Bring It On. They’ve also had a performance from American Idol finalist LaToya London, and local talent including Jason Brock, Leanne Borghesi, and many more.

There’s never a cover charge. Enjoy 2-for-1 cocktails before 9 pm, and buy 1 drink get a 2nd drink for $1 after 9 pm. VJ Arthur Allione also plays your favorite clips.

The Edge is a landmark LGBT community bar in the historic Castro neighborhood for over 20 years.

You’re in luck. Broadway is coming to The Castro.

SHNSF.com, The Edge, and Stoli THE Vodka present the return of Monday Musicals: Superstar Edition with a night of live performances by the incredible cast of Chicago who are in town playing the SHN Orpheum Theatre, November 7-16.

As always, streaming clips of the most fabulous moments from stage and screen begin at 7 pm along with 2-4-1 cocktails including Stolichnaya Premium Vodka.

• Live performances by the Broadway touring cast will begin after 9 pm.
• There will be raffles for show tickets to “Chicago” and “Kinky Boots.”
• Video requests will be taken a la VJ Arthur Allione.
