2015 Easter Egg Hunt, Games & Free Lunch | Oakland

The annual Oakland Easter Egg Hunt is completely free and each child will have a chance to decorate a free Easter egg basket, have an Easter Egg Hunt and get a free lunch after the hunt.

Easter Egg Baskets and lunches are on a first come, first-served based, so if you can, get here early, around 12:30 pm.

Brookdale Park, 2535 High St, Oakland

Please Note: In 2015 the venue has changed to Brookdale Park at 2535 High St. Oakland, CA 94601.

In addition to the Easter Egg Hunt, they will also have jumpers, face painting, sports games, arts and crafts, as well as local dance troupes and singers will perform. The Easter Egg Hunts will start at 1:30 pm and will be broken up by these age groups:

• 1:30-2 pm (Ages 0 – 4)
• 2-2:30 pm (Ages 5 – 7)
• 2:30-3 pm (Ages 8 – 10)
• 3-3:30 pm (Ages 11 – 14)

They will also be giving away prizes at the end of the day for kids who are lucky enough to find tickets in their eggs, or if they participate in one of the Easter contests.
