Join Ava Decker and our vibrant community for a sun-kissed, music-infused outdoor Vinyasa experience. Set against the iconic bay views of Marina Green, this class blends mindful movement, breath, and beats through our Silent Disco headsets. Tune in, flow deep, and move with nature.

This 1-hour all-levels class is a moving meditation designed to ground your body, clear your mind, and uplift your spirit. You’ll hear every cue and every beat while letting go of the noise of the world — just you, your breath, and the rhythm of the bay.

Class meets at Marina Green Triangle, located at Marina Blvd & Webster. (Class is not held at the Yoga Flow Studio.)

Ava Decker is a seasoned Yoga Flow SF teacher known for her warm energy, creative sequencing, and soulful playlists. She guides students to connect inward while embracing the natural beauty around them.
