The People Party celebrates their 4th anniversary over Thanksgiving weekend with a lively night of diverse DJs, chefs serving up local and organic foods, and artisan vendors selling work including painting, jewelry, and clothing.
Started back in November 2007 by music lovers who felt the East Bay was being overlooked by Bay Area taste makers, this monthly event ties together music, art, dance, fashion, cuisine, and community to create a soulful and eclectic evening.
The People Party takes place every 4th Saturday at The New Parish in downtown Oakland. Pay $5 before 11pm and $10 after at the door.
