The same folks behind the insane (and ultimately successful) petition last year to turn the Salesforce Tower LED display into the Eye of Sauron are at it again for 2019.

This year’s awesome Halloween petition – to turn the 11,000 LED display atop Salesforce Tower into PacMan – since it sees all over the city.
