This is a community social picnic on the Marina Green to watch the Air Show and the Blue Angels. It’s free to join. Bring your lunch and snacks/drinks to share. Space is limited. RSVP is required. Directions where to find us is given after you RSVP.
Bring a tarp or blanket to sit on. Bring warm layers; it can get very windy & cold in SF. We’ll also have a tarp, picnic supplies, and some light snacks for everyone (while they last). Optionally, bring a frisbee, soccer ball, volleyball, football, etc.
Pack a backpack and take public transportation. Traffic will be backed up through out most of the city for most of the day (i.e. even the buses & Uber/Lyft will have delays). The air show starts at noon. The Blue Angels are usually the closing act around 3:30pm.
