The CCA Wattis Institute for Contemporary Arts is pleased to present Wang Bing: Three Portraits, an exhibition of three films by Wang Bing (b. 1967, lives and works in Beijing).
This will be the artist’s first museum exhibition in the United States. The exhibition is free and open to the public.
Considered one of the most influential filmmakers of his generation, Wang Bing works at the crossroads between art and the documentary. He belongs to the Tiananmen generation, and his films point to the raw and existential realities of the human condition with compassion and uncompromised commitment.
