Event Details

QCSF Presents ‘Looking Back and Moving Forward: A Retrospective’

This concert will feature hit songs from throughout the Queer Chorus of San Francisco’s 43-year history, showcasing our rich history and preparing us to move into a new QCSF era, as we will be introducing our new Artistic Director at the concert. With songs ranging from comedic to grand, classic to cutting edge, and contemplative to uplifting, prepare to laugh, cry, and leave feeling full of love. Some songs will even feature new, original lyrics written by QCSF members.

The nation’s oldest self-identified LGBTQ mixed chorus, the Lesbian/Gay Chorus of San Francisco is dedicated to building and enriching the Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender/Queer (LGBTQ) community through song and a love of music. The Chorus has performed around the world, and hundreds of times in San Francisco. The Chorus provides a forum for San Francisco’s LGBTQ music lovers to develop their talents, find good friends, and share their gifts with San Francisco’s diverse communities.
