Quick Draw SF: Monthly Live Art Party | SoMa

The Bay Area’s Paint Pens Collective and Never Ending Radical Dude present Quick Draw SF, a monthly live-drawing event co-curated by Shayna Yasuhara and Jason Furie.

Each month, ten artists are selected to come draw and sell their creations on the “art wall” available on the cheap. Everyone is welcome to come and draw, so bring your sketchbooks.

There’s also a “merch table” where artists sell swag such as prints, books, and original art. Credit cards accepted.

Quick Draw SF has reached it’s two year mark and they are ready to celebrate. Things will be a bit different this month, instead of live-drawing, many of the past featured artists have been invited back to sell affordable prints, books, zines, original art, and whatever else they feel like bringing. Think along the lines of a mini convention except with more booze.

There will be drink specials, tunes from DJ 11am, and an epic raffle from local sponsors. So come on out and celebrate with them, drink some drinks, and support your local artists.
