One of the most historic films of 1906 San Francisco ever made will get a world premiere free public performance on the giant screen atop the Salesforce Tower on Wednesday night thanks to the Prelinger Library and the Long Now Foundation.

From 6-7pm and again from 9-10pm, you’ll get to see a 4K super-high-resolution scan of the legendary pre-quake A Trip Down Market Street short film (filmed April 1906 just days before the earthquake and fire) made from the best existing material, showing detail that no audience has seen in over one hundred years.
