The Depot at SFSU presents a night of acoustic rock and folk music with Rin Tin Tiger, The Parmesans and DonCat. Admission is free, and food and drinks are available for purchase.

Band Lineup

Rin Tin Tiger – Rhythm and blues/Alt folk rock

The Parmesans – string trio from San Francisco. Part contemporary folk, part alternative country, sort of blues and not quite bluegrass, their music centers on vocal harmony supported by arrangements for acoustic guitar, mandolin, double bass and trumpet.

DonCat – Duncan “DonCat” Nielsen writes nostalgic rock-and-roll that gleams like a beacon from the fog-saturated western coastline. His minimal, lilting approach is inspired by American hope and native mysticism, and has a weighty core likened to Metals-era Feist, George Harrison’s All Thing’s Must Pass, and Jim James’ heartfelt crooning.
