Rockridge Halloween Parade (Oakland)

Costume contests and Halloween-themed activities, including spooky sales, creepy eats, and family fun! Trick-or-Treat Oakland’s College Avenue from Broadway to Alcatrazzz (11am-2pm) where merchants will be passing out candy and other fun treats. Stop by two amazing Fun Hubs for games, crafts, music, stories, dance parties, and more.

Oakland Public Library – Rockridge Branch

11am – 2pm

• Pick up Trick-or-Treat bags for the kids courtesy of Kelly S. Wright State Farm

• Kids’ craft tables led by MOCHA

• Librarian stories and songs
• Share the Love books from the Oakland Public Library — free used books — for kids and adults, while supplies last.

  11am – 11:30am: StoryTime

  11:30am – 12pm: Fratello Marionettes’ Spooktacular

• Mini-pumpkin decorating
• Ghost-sucker crafts and find the hidden images game for the kiddos hosted by Darlene Lizotte, Coldwell Banker

Dress in your favorite costume to enter the costume contest. The Rockridge District Association is offering prizes to a creative kid, freaky family, and furry friend.

• Kids: Best Costume wins $50 to GoldenBug and $50 to Bella Vita
• Families: Best Costumes wins $100 in Rockridge Gift Cards of your choice!
• Pets: Best Costume wins $50 to Cole Hardware
