Bay Area Derby is excited to kick off its 20th Anniversary season with its first post-COVID-19 game featuring Oakland and San Francisco teams on June 1 at the Richmond Memorial Auditorium at 6pm.
Established in 2004, Bay Area Derby is a full contact, flat track roller derby league located in Oakland, CA, consisting of two home teams, a competitive travel team, a training program for both adult and junior skaters, as well as game officials and many dedicated volunteers. As covered by the San Francisco Chronicle, BAD is an empowering community for queer athletes.
The Oakland Outlaws and San Francisco Rolling Dead will be playing on June 1st at the Richmond Memorial Auditorium at 6pm. Doors open at 5:30pm and there will be drinks, food, raffles, activities for the kids, and an exciting halftime show to be announced. VIP packages will come with exclusive trackside seats and two drink tickets, and the first 100 guests will receive a special 20 Year Anniversary prize.
