About InterMusic SF

Since 1998, InterMusic SF has served the small ensemble music community. As a nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to sustaining and nourishing the Bay Area creative environment by offering dynamic programming that serves hundreds of Bay Area-based musicians celebrating, practicing, composing, and sharing small ensemble music with local audiences.

The 18th Edition of SF Music Day, presented by InterMusic SF, will welcome 3,000+ festival-attendees–of all ages–to experience a stunning lineup of outstanding musicians. It also brings a major shift: after 17 years of offering free admission, SF Music Day will now be a ticketed event. While we acknowledge that this is a big change, we want our wonderful community to know that we’re committed to keeping SF Music Day accessible, with low-cost and discounted tickets for families, students, members of the military, and community members with financial need.

We hope you’ll stand with us in taking this bold and necessary step toward a sustainable future for one of the Bay Area’s cultural treasures – SF Music Day.
