Ready to boos it up for Halloween?

Get in costume and stop by sister bars Shanghai Kellys (Russian Hill) or the Northstar (North Beach) for ghouly drinking and get your picture taken. Best Costume Award will be announced at 1 am and winners will win a $50 Gift Certificate.
