Do you experience shoulder pain? Does it interfere with your daily activities? Most people will experience shoulder pain in their lives, but when it becomes chronic or so severe you can’t do the things you love, you should get help.

At this free seminar, CPMC orthopedic experts will discuss common shoulder problems (arthritis, rotator cuff tears, injuries), causes, and offer treatment options. CPMC Physical Therapiests will demo shoulder strengething exercises. Each attendee will receive a special exercise band to take home. Q&A session will follow the presentations; you can ask our doctors your questions.
