Oh Sh*t Moments is a celebration of the moments that didn’t go right, the moments in your business or career that you could only say “OH SH*T” because your plan blew up in your face. Join us as our keynote speakers and breakout hosts share their “Oh Sh*t Moments”. We strive to inspire you to take action before waiting until things are perfect to make real moves towards your goals because “Oh Sh*t Moments” are an important part of the recipe to success.

D-Nice – Over the course of an unbelievable journey from the streets of Harlem to touring and recording with Boogie Down Productions to The White House, Derrick “D-Nice” Jones went from being a pillar of the culture’s history to actually making history himself.

The legendary DJ, rapper, beatboxer, producer, photographer, and philanthropist has moved millions on wax with timeless records, on stage at unforgettable gigs, and online with his revolutionary “Club Quarantine” Instagram Live party.

Iddris Sandu is a Technologist and Entrepreneur who considers himself a “Cultural Architect” who is focused on building new realities for the future world.

Breakout Hosts

Dr. Italo M. Brown is an Assistant Professor in Emergency Medicine, and Health Equity & Social Justice Curriculum Lead at Stanford University School of Medicine.

Feven and Helena Yohannes are Eritrean twin sisters, entrepreneurs and Co-Founders of 2•4•1 Cosmetics, an effortless beauty brand that instills confidence, kindness and integrity.

Antonio Diaz is an Emmy-winning and James Beard Award nominated filmmaker for the docu-series, The Migrant Kitchen on PBS, and founder of the culinary publication and production company, Life & Thyme.

Rémy De La Peza Esq. is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Morena Strategies, a collaborative community-based lawyering and consulting practice supporting neighborhoods of color.

Ester lou is a tv & film writer and producer, she received her first break as a writers’ production assistant on SHOWTIME’S HOUSE OF LIES.

Ahmadou Seck is an innovative Television executive with passion for diverse creatives and amplifying their stories.

Corey Giather is a professional leader of diversity & inclusion initiatives with years of experience overseeing and supporting supplier diversity, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
