How and what we eat impacts our culture, lives, and planet. Los Altos History Museum’s new exhibition, “Silicon Valley Eats: A Taste for Innovation,” looks at the history and future of food in the Valley, on display May 2 – September 8, 2019.

The exhibition features the history of orchards, canneries, and agricultural practices, post-war changes, restaurants through the years, and new food technologies. An opening reception, with Mexican fusion food, will be held on May 5, 2-5pm.
