About this event
This workshop is hosted by the small business program at the SF LGBT Center and facilitated by Eddie Tang, our small business consultant. Eddie is also the CEO of Above Consulting Inc, a business strategy consulting firm.
In this workshop, we will explore a few common and innovative business strategies that have reshaped the competitive landscape of our marketplace. We will also provide some easy-to-use tools you can use to consider and form your own strategies for your business.
