“Think Strategically” Business Strategy Basics w/ SF LBGT Center

This workshop is hosted by the small business program at the SF LGBT Center and facilitated by Eddie Tang, our small business consultant. Eddie is also the CEO of Above Consulting Inc, a business strategy consulting firm.

Business strategy is one of most under-considered aspects of business among small businesses. We all think about marketing, finance, accounting, and operation but without a firm-level strategy, you might be heading down the wrong path and not know about it.

In this workshop, we intend to open your mind to higher-level business strategies so you can start to think strategically when you are running your own business. we will explain to you a few common and innovative business strategies that have reshaped the competitive landscape of our marketplace. We will also provide a few easy-to-use tools you can use to consider and form your own strategies for your business.
