“Sunday Streets” SF’s Free Street Festival & Block Party (2026)
San Francisco’s 2026 season of Sunday Streets returns with four events across The City. Since 2008, Sunday Streets has transformed San Francisco’s streets into car-free community spaces, bringing neighbors together for a day of connection, movement, and fun.
Sunday Streets 2026 Season Schedule

- June 14, 2026: Tenderloin
- July 19, 2026: Mission
- August 23, 2026: Bayview
- October 18, 2026: Excelsior
Sunday Streets take place in diverse neighborhoods across the City, including the Tenderloin, Mission, Excelsior, and Bayview. Each event features fun free active play games, cultural performances, health resources, live music and more with the goal of connecting San Franciscans on car-free open streets.
Sunday Streets Western Addition will take place on Fillmore St between Geary and Fulton, Fulton St between Fillmore and Baker and Baker Street between McAllister and Fell St.
Activity Hubs will be located on Fillmore Street between Geary and McAllister Street and on Baker Street between Grove and Fell Street. Moving at a bit of a slower place, you will find all kinds of hidden gems along this route. From local art, great views of the gorgeous City Hall, the famous painted ladies, to a variety of delicious restaurants, you are sure to have a great experience along this route.
