Free snacks and activities at UC Berkeley Campus Bioblitz 2016.

Together, they’ll look for all living plants, animals, birds and insects to see what shares in the world and lives around you. Event is bilingual (English and Spanish).

What to bring:

  • The most important things to bring are your curiosity, enthusiasm and desire to discover.
  • Wear shoes that you don’t mind getting wet if you want to walk in the creek.
  • Reusable water bottle.
  • If you have a smartphone and/or camera, bring those too, so you can keep track of what you find.

They’ll be using an app called iNaturalist. If you don’t have it, don’t worry. If you’re interested, you can sign up now for an iNaturalist account and download the app ahead of time: iPhone, Android.
