Join us November 10, 2019 as we block off Fern Alley (behind 1353 Bush St.) to celebrate the groundbreaking of SF’s brand new “Music City Hit Factory.”
This is a free outdoor community event – Co-Presented by Lower Polk Community Benefit District with Music City bands, local food, drink and wears in the heart of Polk Gulch.

One winner will win an exclusive VIP experience for you and a guest (seriously, you can’t buy this… it’s only for Funcheap) at with access to a VIP studio lounge w/ refreshments, vouchers for food/drinks, a swag bag, plus a VIP tour led by Music City Hit Factory founder Rudy Colombini.
