Event Details

One Found Sound, the San Francisco-based conductorless chamber orchestra, announces their inaugural digital event, Watch Party with One Found Sound!, taking place on Friday, May 15, 2020 at 5:30pm PST on Facebook and YouTube.

The democratic, conductorless orchestra moves into the digital sphere with a performance of Frederic Rzewski’s iconic 1974 work “Coming Together.” This minimalist classic accompanies a dramatic text that highlights the experience of isolation, the passage of time, and the need for togetherness.

This special, collaborative project will feature the musicians of One Found Sound and the work of videographer Hanna Moradi. The musicians will be live-chatting with the audience throughout the evening.

The event is free of charge. For details and event links, please visit onefoundsound.org.
