Art in a Different Light is a one-night, retro-inspired black light art and music event hosted by the de Young Museum College Night, and Nexus ArtReach at 111 Minna Gallery on Friday, May 18, 2018.

FREE ($10 Suggested Donation)The event will be reliving the fashionable/trendy psychedelic black light art scene of the ’60s and ’70s with a contemporary twist/flair.
There will be live performances, a face painting contest, raffles and DJs J Medina and Subdivision (LA) will be keeping the energy up. Plus if you’re hungry, there will be a Pop Up by Dumpster Dive, slinging vegan comfort food.
