Art in a Different Light is a one-night, retro-inspired black light art and music event hosted by the de Young Museum College Night, and Nexus ArtReach at 111 Minna Gallery on Friday, May 18, 2018.

The event will be reliving the fashionable/trendy psychedelic black light art scene of the ’60s and ’70s with a contemporary twist/flair.

There will be live performances, a face painting contest, raffles and DJs J Medina and Subdivision (LA) will be keeping the energy up. Plus if you’re hungry, there will be a Pop Up by Dumpster Dive, slinging vegan comfort food.
