Angel Island | 4th of July Fireworks Viewing Party | 2012

Leave the crowds on the mainland behind and enjoy the fireworks from the bay’s best seats: Battery Ledyard, Angel Island.

Plus, enjoy the pre-fireworks evening at the Cove Café and Cantina Oyster Bar with live music, dancing, delicious food, beer and wine (for purchase).

This family-friendly event for 2012 is the first time visitors will be permitted on Angel Island for 4th of July fireworks festivities. Shuttle service from Ayala Cove to Battery Ledyard will begin at 8:15pm. Return shuttles will be available immediately following the fireworks show, around 9:50pm.

We recommend visitors bring flashlights or headlamps, as well as seating and/or blankets.

Special arrangement ferry tickets are required:

From SF: Blue and Gold Fleet ($22 round trip)
- Depart Pier 41 at 5:40pm
- Depart Angel Island at 10:30pm
Includes Angel Island Tram from Ayala Cove to Battery Ledyard for fireworks viewing

From Tiberon: Angel Island Ferry ($20 round trip)
- Depart Tiberon at 6pm
- Depart Angel Island at 11pm
Includes Angel Island Tram from Ayala Cove to Battery Ledyard for fireworks viewing
