Considered one of the country’s original outdoor festivals, the North Beach Festival celebrates its 67th anniversary in historic North Beach.

The North Beach Festival is held in historic North Beach District, known to locals and visitors alike as San Francisco’s Little Italy and the home of the famed Beat Generation.

Join us on Saturday, June 15th & Sunday, June 16th as we celebrate this vibrant and historic neighborhood at the 70th Anniversary of the North Beach Festival featuring :

• Over 150 local makers and merchants
• Makers Block (Grant/ Union) filled with interactive “art in action” (scroll down for details)
• Biordi’s Italian I’Madonarri Street Painting on Vallejo St
• Delicious food from the world-renowned North Beach restaurants as well as from local and Bay Area gourmet food vendors and trucks
• 4 beer gardens with an assortment of lively libations
• Live music
• Family fun including activities, games, lego-building, bubble-making, chalk zone and more!
• Unique shops and restaurants surrounding the festival and so much more!

ALL AGES are welcome to come and experience art in action on the Makers Block located on Grant between Union and Filbert featuring;

Typically, the festival spans 9 blocks and feature over 100 arts and crafts booths, some of the Bay Area’s best gourmet food vendors, several stages of live music, DJs, beer gardens, Makers Block activities, Italian Street Art, the Blessing of the Animals, performances from Club Fugazi acrobats, and so much more all in the heart of North Beach, nestled amongst its many charming and unique shops and restaurants.

For the 70th Anniversary, expect an exciting line-up of live music, DJs, Club Fugazi Acrobats and poetry reading at 4 stages throughout the festival including some of the best from years past as well as some exciting new ones.
