Come shake it at the 11th Annual Blake Street Salsa Block Party, the original Berkeley Labor Day Monday salsa block party, with the Bay Area Salsa & Timba All Stars band, plus DJ José A. Ruíz.

2019 Music Schedule

  • Music starts at 2 pm sharp (DJ music)
  • Bay Area Salsa & Timba All Stars 2:30 pm-3:45 pm
  • DJ music 3:45 pm-4:15 pm
  • Bay Area Salsa & Timba All Stars 4:15 pm-5:30 pm
  • DJ music 5:30 pm-6 pm sharp

Bring your lawn chair if you would like to sit, but why since you’ll be dancing. They will not be providing food, but bring some for yourself and more if you want to share. This is an alcohol-free and a kid/family friendly event.

Donations (suggested $10+) will be requested to pay for expenses, but in general, it’s free. 5% of the proceeds will be going to the Alzheimer Association.
