On Cal Day, the entire UC Berkeley campus once again throws open its doors to the public and presents a full day of over 400 events – free lectures, performances, tours, concerts and more to showcase the campus, its students, and the school’s programs.

  • Gallery Tours at the Hearst Museum of Anthropology
    An opening exhibition “People Made These Things: Connecting with the Makers of Our World” challenges visitors to probe and reflect on their relationship with the fascinating range of human-made objects that surrounds us. Come take a free tour of the gallery and meet Hearst Museum Director Benjamin Porter.

  • Cal Day Free Concert: Allah-Las
    Los Angeles-based indie rock band Allah-Las closes out Cal Day with a set for Berkeley fans before heading south to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
