Current and future college students, as well as their parents, are invited to the Foothill College Cash for College workshop Wednesday.
This annual event provides one-stop service to complete financial aid applications. Financial aid professionals will provide line-by-line assistance to complete the AB540/Dream Application and Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The event is ideal for high school and college students who currently attend or plan to attend a California community college, CSU campus, UC campus, private university or vocational/technical school.
In addition to the line-by-line explanation, the workshop will feature free, professional assistance to students and families completing grade-point average verification forms that are required for Cal Grants and other types of financial aid.
Admission is free; parking is $3. Purchase a required parking permit from dispensers in any student parking lot. Dispensers accept dollar bills, and credit and debit cards.
