Piedmont (a small affluent city completely surrounded by Oakland) hosts their 46th Annual 4th of July Parade on Monday, July 4, 2011.
The highlight of this small town parade is a contingent of adorable doggies: westies and scotties and their people marching, skipping and sashaying from Highland Avenue and Park Way all the way to Piedmont Park where the parade ends a giant community picnic with music provided by Dave Martin’s House Party begins.
Parade: 11am – 12:30pm
