Please note, this event is no longer happening.

The quirky, hip historians at Wild SF Tours run a free tour of downtown’s scandalous history every Sunday morning.

Get ready for epic tales of Gold Rush millionaires, Hollywood disasters, the Great Earthquake of 1906, beloved red light ladies, infamous villains and more, ending near Montgomery and Market. Great fun for locals and travelers alike.

No need to sign up, just meet at the heart statue at Powell and Post (Union Square) for an awesome, energetic introduction to the city’s past with SF’s funkiest tour guides, “Best of SF” award winners Wild SF Tours.

Tours are pay-what-you-wish, with a suggested donation of $10-15. Please, no groups of 7+. Email booking@wildsftours.com to set up a private tour.
