Free Restorative Yin Yoga Class | San Mateo

Come and join a free “Restorative Yin” class for all on Sunday, October 1st at 6:15 pm with Christine Salah. For this Promotional event class, you must sign up for the class online. Space is limited so come early to get a good spot.

Note for first-time visitors to Bikram Hot Yoga San Mateo:

• Be sure to arrive 20 minutes early to complete registration.
• Bring a yoga mat, large towel, and water (rentals are available and water can be purchased).
• Wear light clothing, e.g. shorts and a tank top.
