Benicia’s Freedom Festival Independence Day “Torchlight Parade” parade takes place on July 3, 2011 at 6:30pm and stretches along First Street with music, dancers, floats, horses, clowns, and entertainment.
The highlight of the parade is crowd favorite Coldwell Banker Precision Drill Team and Kazoo Marching Band featuring nearly 40 members.
