Celebrate the Mad Hatter Holiday Festival, Parade & Tree Lighting on Saturday, December 14, 2019 in the historic downtown of Vallejo.
10th Annual Mad Hatter Holiday Festival
Saturday, December 14, 2019| 2 pm to 8 pm
Historic Downtown Vallejo
FREEFlaming Lotus Girls’ firing 5 foot G-Nome will be back coming to the festival grounds from the Rabbit Hole to shoot fire from the top of his head upwards of thirty feet. Creator Mills, one of Vallejo’s charmed residents and artist of the Flaming Lotus Girls, will be by the G-Nome and SOMA, a 60 foot sculpture that combines metal and LED lights to mimic brain neurons and create an interactive experience for visitors. Stop by and say hello to the Flaming Girl wonder.
Main Downtown Vallejo Activities:
- Wonderland Festival Activities — including dancing horses, craft & food vendors & children’s rides — begins at 2 p.m. in Unity Plaza at JFK Library
- Mad Hatter Parade starts at 4:30 p.m. (Georgia St and Sonoma Blvd)
- Tree Lighting Ceremony starts at 6 p.m. at JFK Library
- Lighted Boat Parade starts at 6:30 p.m.
