Have a beautiful moment of reflection after the crazy fun of Pride, and kick off the celebration of Independence Day giving thanks for our newest freedom: Love for All. 

See the Cathedral lit with rainbow lights, as Grace Cathedral holds a special service and reception so San Franciscans can honor and celebrate marriage equality.

  • At 5:30 p.m., there will be a short concert of prelude music by the The San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus
  • At 6 p.m., Evensong will be sung by the Men of the Cathedral Choir. David P. Gushee, a prominent evangelical ethicist and author of Changing our Mind, will speak.

A reception will follow in Gresham Hall.
