Free Movies in the Park | Oakland
Movies in the Park is back with family friendly films in the park by the Redwood Heights Recreation Center in Oakland.
Popcorn and hot chocolate are available for sale. Dress warm and bring a lawn chair and or blanket. You will want to bring some mosquito spray as well.
Proceeds support scholarships for the center’s after-school programs and summer camp.
Movies begin at dusk on the lawn outside the recreation center.

Please Note: Movies may be cancelled due to bad weather. Please do not bring alcohol, drugs or dogs; they’re not allowed in the park. Check the website often, as they hope to add a movie or two throughout the season.
Friday October 17 – The Addams Family (PG 99 minutes)
The Addams Family is a 1991 American comedy film based on the characters from the cartoon of the same name created by cartoonist Charles Addams.
Con artists plan to fleece the eccentric family using an accomplice who claims to be their long lost Uncle Fester.
