Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Chris Hedges will present a talk on the the indefinite detention provision of the National Defense Authorization Act. Hedges was one of the plaintiffs in a 2012 suite to have that provision held unconstitutional. They won at the district court level, but the ruling was overturned by the appeals court. He is currently a columnist at truthdig.com
