Enjoy the community events and fireworks at the Banner Island Ballpark starting at 1pm on July 4, 2012. For a $5 admission charge, the event will include youth baseball clinics, batting practice, a showdown baseball game, live music and waterfront fireworks.
July 4, 2012 Schedule:
- Free youth baseball clinic hosted by Major League Baseball alumni (clinic instructed by former MLB and hall of fame members) at 2pm
- Batting practice for former MLB and hall of fame members at 4pm
- Legends of Baseball Vintage Showdown baseball game featuring the “Legends of Baseball” at 6pm
- Live music/band at 8pm
- Fireworks at 9:30pm
