We’re sad to announce that the very last Wood Shoppe music showcase will take place on October 4, 2016.

Wood Shoppe is a free monthly music series at Brick & Mortar Music Hall taking place every first Tuesday of the month.

Crashing Hotels, comprised of songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ao Anderson and drummer Tony Bednar, is best described as dark electric dance rock. In early January 2014 the duo presented their debut collection, Advisory Act, a 7 song EP showcasing a sound all their own. Their considerable style ranges from heavy bass driven, up-tempo dance grooves to demonic, dark-and-sexy ballads.

Crashing Hotels recently released a new music video via a sponsored release party @ Heron Arts that attracted a 450 person crowd and garnered a glittering review from the SF Weekly. Over the past year, Crashing Hotels has played a sold out show for the San Francisco Noise Pop Festival at The Independent, been featured in a Nike Ad with Tattoo Legend + Mr. Cartoon, and starred in a European Levi’s Commercial.
